Many developments need external financing to either complete the project or for a third party to purchase it. Before providing funds, lenders require appropriate property assurances that development has been completed to industry standards.
This is where Certibuild and our Professional Consultants Certificate come in, underwritten by UK insurers and delivered by our qualified Approved Building Inspectors, providing quality assurance for lenders and aiding developers in achieving the right standards during the development process.

Three simple steps to securing certification
Quote and key documents
Complete our simple quote tool providing detail about the stage of construction, property type, number of properties, site address or postcode and your contact details. Receive and accept the quote, provide key documents including drawings and planning consent.
Building inspection
Once payment has been received, Certibuild will review the documents provided and make contact to schedule site visits to complete site inspections. We will work closely with your on-site team to help the development go smoothly.
Certification
Once site inspections have been completed, the Certibuild team will prepare all necessary reports and submit as needed. Certificates will also be issued at this stage for records and any necessary discussions with lenders. Job complete.
