Structural Warranty – A 10-year insurance-backed policy covering defects in design, workmanship, and materials. A must-have for new builds, it provides long-term protection for homeowners and buyers.

Which should you choose – PCC or Structural Warranty?


PCC: a lower cost option to Structural Warranties, this is often taken up by small-scale developers, self-builders, and conversion projects. Recognised by many lenders and provides 6 years of cover, with any liability for defects resting with the provider of the PCC.


Structural Warranty: Insurance backed and recognised by all lenders - the norm, if you will. Longer term often attractive to developers and lenders.
